Mold Testing

Mold grows in damp environments in the home. Damp walls, ceilings, and floors can be the perfect breeding ground for mold. When mold spores disperse throughout a home, it creates a musty smell. If you experience sneezing, itchy eyes, coughing, or a runny nose, mold spores could be to blame. The EPA found that 21% of asthma cases in the U.S. can be attributed to mold.

Methamphetamine Testing

Methamphetamine production involves a number of very hazardous chemicals that can remain in the environment long after the lab has been shut down, causing a wide range of health problems. According to the Utah Department of Health, if a home is determined to have methamphetamine contamination, it must be decontaminated before it can be sold or purchased.

Radon Testing

If you haven’t tested for radon in your home, this odorless, colorless, invisible gas could be harming your family. Radon comes up through the soil and can be found in both new and old homes. The Huntsman Cancer Institute states that 1 in 3 Utah homes have unsafe radon levels.
